Medical SEO Training

Month One

Each month for 4 months, we'll dedicate up to 5 hours training your staff on key SEO strategies, AI tools, and navigating the backend of your website. Here are the CMS's we specialize in:

Month Two

Once your staff has begun absorbing, understanding, and feeling confident with the SEO basics, we'll start training them on more granular and technical SEO training. This will involve SaaS tools and AI technologies to make the process faster.

Month Two will focus on the following:

  • Using SaaS technology to improve the content and track organic user traffic data

  • Utilizing AI technologies (other than ChatGPT) to make content writing faster, more accurate, and google-bot friendly, so your content doesn't get flagged

  • How to create 100+ Social Media Posts in Minutes

Month Three

SEO doesn't typically start showing results until 3 months after implementation. This is because your content goes through a "crawling" process. Google bots crawl your website and determine where you should be placed - specifically selecting to put you at the top of random users' search lists at a time.

 

If the user clicks on your link and stays on your webpage for under a minute - you will be pushed down. You will be pushed up if they stay on for more than a minute or two. This is called your bounce rate percentage and we will teach you how to combat that.

In Month Three, Your Team Will Learn:

  • How to discover their position rank on Google

  • Ways to climb closer to the top of Google

  • Refining content

  • Improving the marketing funnel of your website

Month Four

The final month will be a culmination of the final review for SEO. This will involve organizing a neat little library of all the training for future hires to refer to for training. This is contractually not for resale.

 

Month Four will consist of:

  • Finishing up and final questions

  • Reviewing any topic where employees may have felt lost or have forgotten a key step

  • Optional paid add-on for review of easy-to-use in-office tech tools that'll help create engaging content

  • Optional paid add-on for reviewing and using several Adobe Creative Cloud Suite tools
